Staff wellbeing is a core priority across the MAT. We want all staff to be happy, well supported and motivated. As leaders at all levels, we want to find ways to share best practice, maximise opportunities to increase wellbeing, reduce workload and celebrate one another’s success. Our Staff Wellbeing Charter outlines some of the things we do.
