As a senior leader I have really benefitted from some of the superb joint leadership training offered across the MAT. As a wider team we have been able to discuss and reflect on our own styles of leadership and shared many practical examples to enhance our work. I have always come away energised, enthused and much more aware of my leadership strengths; and of course those that I am looking to improve.
